1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Fast Rocket 876, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Fast Rocket 876 provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • USA to Jamaica Shipping

  • Air Freight Services

  • Package Consolidation

  • Warehousing and Package Handling

  • Online Shopping Assistance (without using or storing customer debit/credit cards)

  • Special Delivery Service

  • Office Delivery

  • Express Drop-Off Service

  • Home Pickup (by arrangement)

Fast Rocket 876 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Fast Rocket 876 ships multiple times weekly. Shipping schedules are estimates only and are subject to change.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Airline schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • Government inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Fast Rocket 876 cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Delivery services are available islandwide at an additional cost depending on the customer's location.

Weight Rounding Policy

Any package weighing 0.5 lb or more will be rounded up to the next whole pound for billing purposes.

6. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Fast Rocket 876 assumes limited liability for shipments.

Our responsibility begins only when the package has been received at our U.S. warehouse or officially accepted for shipment and ends once the package has been delivered to the customer or transferred to an authorized third-party delivery service.

Fast Rocket 876 is not responsible for:

  • Vendor mistakes

  • Wrong shipping addresses supplied by customers

  • Packages lost before arriving at our warehouse

  • Delays caused by airlines, customs, or government agencies

  • Damage resulting from improper packaging

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events

7. Packaging & Fragile Items

Fragile items including but not limited to:

  • Glass

  • Electronics

  • TVs

  • Monitors

  • Ceramics

  • Liquids

  • Cosmetics

  • Decorative items

are shipped entirely at the owner's risk.

Fast Rocket 876 will not be liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging from the sender or vendor.

Customers are encouraged to request additional protective packaging whenever possible.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with all Jamaican and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs

  • Firearms

  • Ammunition

  • Explosives

  • Flammable materials

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Counterfeit products

  • Pornographic material

  • Perishable food

  • Live animals

  • Currency

  • Cheques

  • Illegal pharmaceuticals

  • Dangerous batteries not approved for air shipment

Any prohibited shipment may be:

  • Refused

  • Destroyed

  • Returned

  • Surrendered to Customs or Law Enforcement

without compensation.

9. Customs, Duties & Government Charges

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • GCT where applicable

  • Government fees

  • Import taxes

Fast Rocket 876 is not responsible for customs inspections, delays, seizures, or penalties imposed by Jamaican Customs or any other regulatory agency.

10. Online Shopping Assistance

Fast Rocket 876 offers shopping assistance upon request.

Conditions include:

  • Customers must provide the product link and item specifications.

  • Full payment is required before any purchase is made.

  • Shopping assistance fees apply.

  • Fast Rocket 876 does not request, store, or use customers' personal debit or credit cards.

  • Once an item has been purchased, shopping assistance fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendor cancellations, wrong items, sizing issues, manufacturing defects, or backorders remain the responsibility of the vendor.

11. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Transfer

All shipping and applicable service fees must be paid in full before packages are released.

Payments become non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.

12. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of package collection or delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Tracking number

  • Invoice or receipt

  • Photos (where applicable)

  • Detailed explanation

WhatsApp messages may be used for initial communication; however, Fast Rocket 876 may request additional documentation before investigating any claim.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Customers will be notified when packages arrive.

Packages left uncollected for more than 14 days may incur a storage fee of J$250 per day.

Packages remaining uncollected for 90 days may be considered abandoned and may be sold, donated, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs.

Outstanding balances remain the customer's responsibility.

14. Delivery Services

Fast Rocket 876 offers:

  • Home Delivery

  • Office Delivery

  • Special Delivery

  • Express Drop-Off Service

Delivery fees vary depending on the customer's location and will be quoted before dispatch.

Customers or authorized representatives must be available to receive deliveries.

15. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested before shipment processing begins.

Shopping assistance orders cannot be cancelled once purchases have been completed.

Fast Rocket 876 reserves the right to refuse or cancel services where necessary.

16. Privacy

Fast Rocket 876 respects customer privacy.

Personal information collected will be used solely for:

  • Shipment processing

  • Customer communication

  • Delivery coordination

  • Legal compliance

Customer information will never be sold to third parties.

17. Rewards Program

Fast Rocket 876 currently does not offer a formal loyalty or rewards program.

However, from time to time we may provide:

  • Promotional shipping discounts

  • Customer appreciation specials

  • Referral campaigns

  • Seasonal giveaways

These promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Fast Rocket 876 and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

18. Amendments

Fast Rocket 876 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication through our website, social media platforms, or official communication channels.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Fast Rocket 876 and its customers regarding all shipping and logistics services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
